  <description>&lt;p&gt;I hate food.&lt;br /&gt;I hate cravings.&lt;br /&gt;I hate carbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I probably had like 400 cal but that&apos;s more than I wanted.&amp;nbsp; I feel soo full and discusting.&amp;nbsp; AND I have heart burn to boot.&amp;nbsp; I don&apos;t really believe in fasting because I think they just lead to binges in the end but from here on out, my plan is to have a breakfast of oatmeal or egg whites and have that be my only meal of the day.&amp;nbsp; The rest of the day will consist of tea, water,&amp;nbsp; and celery. PERIOD.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
