 So my plan to lose like 10lbs by oct 12th.   Fast 3 days. then 2246, then fast 3 more days, then 2246....etc.

I hate food.
I hate cravings.
I hate carbs.

Today I probably had like 400 cal but that's more than I wanted.  I feel soo full and discusting.  AND I have heart burn to boot.  I don't really believe in fasting because I think they just lead to binges in the end but from here on out, my plan is to have a breakfast of oatmeal or egg whites and have that be my only meal of the day.  The rest of the day will consist of tea, water,  and celery. PERIOD.
